As a psychotherapeutic counsellor I believe most emotional struggles come from relating, whether it is a relationship with yourself, your partner, friends, family, children or colleagues.
Working together, our relationship can become a pathway to a better understanding of yourself and those around you.
I am a fully trained and qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling, specialising in trauma and PTSD. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) working in private practice and community services.
My way of working is ‘Integrative-relational’ which means that I draw on different approaches to support my work that is tailored to individual needs.
I believe that the relational aspect of counselling is most important. My aim is to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable talking about what might be troubling you. Together we can explore and find ways to improve your emotional well-being.
